Troubleshooting

Why practise my sprouts always go moldy?

How do you tell the difference between mold and root hairs? Well, when you rinse your sprouts, does all the "mold" magically disappear? If so, then it's root hairs. Fruit flies are all over my sprouts! What practise I do?

Sigh. Fruit flies are a natural (and annoying) part of having fresh produce—including sprouts—in your life in the summer.
